The breakfast time restriction was ridiculous, as if i don't deserve more flexibility! An upgrade woudl ve been a fabulous gesture, but i guess that's too much to ask here.

The outdoor pool was a great hangout spot, and we loved the variety of yard games. They provided complimentary beach chairs and towels, made beach days easy. The location was super central, giving us easy access to nearby restaurants and the beach.

The breakfast area was pretty cramped, making it tough to find a seat during busy hours.

friendly staff

First colony inn is such a charming place! It had convenient beach access, and the pool was lovely. I loved the rocking chairs and porch swings on the porch! The staff were friendly and always helpful. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and fresh every day. I can't wait to come back.

The spacious grounds, beautiful gardens, and rocking chairs created a perfect relaxing vibe. The breakfast was a good daily surprise, especially the shrimp and grits which exceeded my expectations.
